Lithgow Information and Neighbourhood Centre Limited (LINC) www.linc.org.au is a non-profit community based organisation providing a range of quality community services across the Lithgow Local Government Area. The LINC General Manager is responsible to the Board of Management for developing and implementing strategic directions for the organisation, maintaining a high standard of service delivery and ensuring the efficient and effective management of LINC services and resources. The successful applicant will be a community services professional able to demonstrate experience in strategic and organisational planning; managing and leading a diverse staff team; service planning and development; developing budgets and financial control and reporting; developing and implementing organisational policies and procedures; change management; and the ability to work effectively with the Board of Management.
