International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Interphobia &Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) is an international day of recognition of 17 May 1990 when the World Health Assembly of the World Health Organisation approved the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD 10), which no longer listed homosexuality as a diagnosis.
IDAHOBIT was launched in 2004 to celebrate LGBTIQ people globally and to champion inclusion and diversity.
