Adam Wilkes opened In Step Physiotherapy opened 30th March 2019. Situated in Restore Health Clinic on Layton Avenue, Blaxland (across the road from McDonald’s). Adam completed his Physiotherapy degree in 2005 from the University of Sydney. His clinical interests include chronic musculoskeletal disorders, neuro-degenerative conditions, and maintaining health & well-being across the lifespan (healthy ageing). He particularly enjoys helping clients overcome the many barriers that they face when trying to increase their activity levels in spite of their injury or diagnosis.
